The Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® reports that the sale of single family homes in Grayson County rose sharply in June 2011 over the same period in 2010. According to sales statistics compiled by the North Texas Real Estate Information System, Inc. (MLS), existing home sales were up 22% over the same month last year.
